Cancellation Policy:
Guests will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after booking. No cancellation fee is charged If you cancel your stay more than 11 days before your stay, any refunded deposit will be refunded in full. The prepaid deposit is charged as a cancellation fee when canceling your stay less than 11 days before your stay.
Cancellation Policy for Christmas and New Year’s Eve Holidays:
A prepayment of 50% of the total price will be charged to the guest upon booking. The remaining 50% will be charged until the end of November. If canceled more than 30 days before arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged and a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged upon cancellation of the stay less than 30 days prior to arrival.
We recommend insurance cover for a case of cancellation due to illness, etc.
